Les système OmniGlobe® basés sur la projection interne utilisent un ou deux projecteurs. Une carte du monde est projetée par système optique sur une boule en verre acrylique via un orifice situé en bas ou en haut du la sphère. Le système optique utilise un système de miroirs convexes breveté.
Chaque système Science On a Sphere® est composé de quatre projecteurs positionnés le long de l'équateur de la sphère, avec, en option, deux projecteurs supplémentaires placés au Pôle Nord et au Pôle Sud, en fonction des angles de vision privilégiés et de l'espace dont nos clients disposent.

The presentation Planet Earth - Cosmical Oasis is the current demonstration in the Orbitarium. The OmniGlobe is hovering in front of a panoramic screen that represents the cosmos in the exhibition room. On the globe changes are simulated that have shaped the surface of the earth over billions of years, while in the background the moderator takes the visitor on a journey through the most important stages of development of the universe and the earth.
The system involves four video projectors that project animated images of the Earth's surface, oceans, atmosphere and astronomy onto the white surface of a large sphere.
